We’ve all been there, we are traveling and our nutrition choices turns into a free for all!  You are either starving, or completely uncomfortable because you ate too much at the restaurant.  Well, there’s a better way.   

Is “healthy nutrition traveling hacks” an oxymoron?  Some might think so, but I’ve been coaching nutrition for long enough to know that when you can continue to manage your blood sugar while traveling, then you win because the guilt is gone and you maintain your energy.
