They were able to stick to their action steps much longer which created a lifestyle rather than just 'another diet!'

How do you want your health to be different in 2018? Stop 'hoping' and 'dreaming' about it and make it happen...I can help! 

Do you want to lose weight? Do you want to feel better? Do you want to look better in your clothes? Do you want to manage a disease naturally? 

When the kids are saying they want to do something, my husband will always chime in with this quote. I can’t remember where it’s from but it goes like this:

“Is that a dream or a goal? Because a dream is something you fantasize about that will probably never happen.  A goal is something you set a plan for, work toward, and achieve.”

Take a few minutes today to figure out your 2018 desires, and get them written on paper, this is the starting plan for a healthier year.
