Personalized nutrition support for patients who need more than general diet advice.
Sustainable Nutrition provides personalized nutrition coaching for patients who need practical, whole-food nutrition guidance based on their medical history, symptoms, labs, lifestyle, and health goals.
This is not a quick diet plan or a one-size-fits-all approach. It is structured support that helps patients understand how to feed their body in a way they can sustain.
Who Fran Can Help
For over 10+ years, we have been improving the health of patients who need support to prevent or help manage:
- Pre-diabetes, insulin resistance, Type 2 diabetes, or metabolic syndrome
- Hyperlipidemia, elevated LDL-C, elevated ApoB, elevated triglycerides, or cardiovascular risk reduction
- GERD, IBS, chronic constipation, chronic diarrhea, bloating, food intolerance, or any other digestive concerns
- Overweight, obesity, weight regain, emotional eating, cravings, or difficulty sustaining lifestyle changes
- Perimenopause, menopause, PCOS history, hormone-related weight changes, or midlife metabolic changes
- Chronic fatigue, poor sleep, headaches, migraines, inflammation, body pain, or brain fog
- Newly diagnosed patients who need practical nutrition guidance after abnormal labs or a new medical diagnosis
Many of these patients have already received general nutrition advice. What they need is help applying it consistently in real life.
Why Refer to Sustainable Nutrition?
Patients often leave medical visits knowing what needs to improve, but not knowing how to make those changes day after day.
My role is to bridge that gap.
As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with more than 20 years of experience, I help patients turn lab results, symptoms, and health goals into a practical nutrition plan they can follow.
The goal is not perfection. The goal is progress that can be maintained.
My Approach
My approach is personalized, educational, and supportive. I meet patients where they are, help them understand their body, and guide them toward sustainable changes using whole foods, realistic meal planning, and step-by-step coaching. Every patient begins with a full nutrition assessment that considers:
- Medical history
- Current symptoms
- Medications and supplements
- Lab markers when available
- Digestive function
- Blood sugar and metabolic health
- Food intolerances or sensitivities
- Lifestyle, stress, sleep, schedule, and family demands
- Current eating patterns and barriers to consistency
From there, I create a personalized nutrition protocol and provide coaching to help the patient implement it all in daily life.
