So the term "yo-yo dieting" was coined by Kelly Brownell at Yale University. It’s when your weight will go down like a yo-yo, but then also comes back up.

In other words, you lose the weight regain more weight lose some of that weight then regain even more weight.

Weight-loss can be frustrating because many times even if you can lose the weight, the second battle is keeping the weight off.

Discover your body’s physiology and how muscle mass will impact yo-yo dieting and vice versa.
