According to the CDC, it’s the leading cause of death for both men and women.
So what’s your risk for heart disease?

If you smoke, have high blood pressure, have unmanaged pre-diabetes or diabetes, are sedentary, are overweight or obese, or eat a diet consisting of highly processed foods…

You may be at a greater risk for heart disease.
